Creating Activity

Activity is the king to most Agents business. From using ACT to manage your activity, to databasing all your leads so you can respond quickly, to your customers requests to using hardward like Auto Responders, Auto Dialers and CRM Solutions.

Most activity is good, but you need to build tools and systems to track the activity so you can manage the good from the bad activity.

Remember just because it works today, does not mean it will work forever. Once great orginizations are built you MUST control and act upon activity indicators. many of these come far before the problem.

Like a Contact center may have a Monthly report to show it does 30,000 dials a month and run that same report 4 weeks later to find the number of calls in 20,000. At that point it is to late, the 4 week of production which will show up in the sales pipeline next month can not be fixed and you are starting from scratch again.

It has be said " Once you have momentum, you need to keep it going. It is much harder to get the ball rolling than it is to keep it rolling" and that has never been more true than with activity.
