Leads purchased from Policy Store Inc, its affiliates and network of sites are intended for the enduser only. You may not re-sell, redistribute or remarket to for any other purpouse than their original intent of insurance leads.

DEPOSITS FOR LEADS : It may take 3-5 days for your deposit to clear, so make sure you have enough funds to keep your account active.

NEGETIVE FUNDS: if your account goes below its availible funds, you are responsible to overage and/or it will be taken from your next deposit. it is YOUR responsibility to manage the funds in your account.

LEADS SOLD BY STATE: You will get a Shared lead in any part of the state you have active in your account. Shared leads may be sold up to 8 times to different buyers in the industry.

DISTRIBUTION: Our network of sites and services run 24 hours a day so there is not an option to pick what day or time you get leads. Your account will be charged for all leads 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

DISCOUNT FOR NO RETURNS: Our prices reflect a deep discount, compared to the industry average to offset for our NO RETURNS policy.You understand all leads are sold AS-IS "NO-REFUNDS" once a deposit is made, you will recieve your share of the leads in your given states as set by the USER. We factor 10-20% discount in our prices to cover Bad leads, Duplicate leads or unwanted leads. In the event our precentage is higher than that we reserve the option to give BONUS FUNDS to help offset, but we do not offer any refunds at any time.

We are able to keep our overhead low, because we do not offer Returns, Billing and many of the service you may find at the higher priced lead companies but the value you get for your money will more than make up for it.

GOVERNING LAW: You are bound by all state,federal and local laws. You hold Policy Store Inc, its affiliates,network,owners,partners harmless in the event you have claims or course of action.

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time.
